Description

Every Foods makes balanced, nutritious frozen meals designed for modern life. The product had a loyal customer base – but the digital experience hadn’t caught up with them.

We spent the first four weeks in immersion: a product audit, user interviews, and a full product strategy developed in close collaboration with the Every team. That work surfaced a core tension: the homepage built for new customer acquisition was getting in the way of people who just wanted to restock their favourites.

The following two months were UX and UI design – separating the discovery and restocking experiences into a homepage built for returning customers. Familiar, fast, and personal. We handed off to the external development agency with a design system built to ship.
